Coming off the back of a Rap-A-Lot and Dr. Martens collaboration, Supreme have finally unveiled their latest COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT collaboration for Spring/Summer ’17. Following on from their 2015 effort, the latest collaboration sees the return of Supreme’s infamous box logo, with a twist that takes inspiration from the ‘paper surgery’ 2010 COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT adverts of Stephen J Shanabrook.
A comprehensive lineup consists of a lightweight polyurethane-coated fishtail parka, cotton gabardine suiting, rayon shirts, hoodies and tees; each with the collaborative branding. Where accessories are concerned we’re treated to a bevy of coin pouches and wallets, however the highlight comes in the form of footwear. Working with Nike, the collaboration gives us an Air Force 1 Lo, which retains the classic silhouette and smothers it with bold prints across the side and sole.
Whilst the collection will be dropping on April 13 at Supreme locations across the globe as well as Dover Street Market locations in New York, London, Ginza, Singapore and Beijing. What’s more, the sneaker will see a slightly later release than the apparel, instead coming in May. Head over to Supreme’s webstore for more information and to try and get lucky on the big day.
