Flyknit has been a staple of Nike’s Free Run lineup for a while now, starting life as the Free Flyknit back in 2013 before being reimagined as the Free RN Motion Flyknit last year. This season, the Swoosh has given us the Free Run Motion Flyknit 2017.
The design once again fuses a Flyknit upper with the iconic Free sole unit, however this time the silhouette ditches the traditional lacing system for cross-cross straps. Extending the collar of the upper, the shoe has a sock-like mid-top look.
Coming in a trademark Swoosh combination of black, white, “Pure Platinum” and “Wolf Grey,” the Free Run Motion Flyknit 2017 is due to hit Nike retailers on April 13.
