Having recently teased a collaboration with acclaimed pop artist Jeff Koons, Louis Vuitton have now unveiled the “Masters” project in full. Completely helmed by the artist, the collection draws inspiration from his “Gazing Ball” series that culls the work of 35 masterpieces including Monet’s Water Lines and Klimt’s The Kiss.

For this latest partnership, Koons decorated timeless Louis Vuitton leather goods such as the Speedy, Neverfull and Keepall with five classic paintings produced by Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Peter Paul Rubens and Jean-Honoré Fragonard. Rounding things off, the series is finished with keychains, shawls and silk squares adorned with the same art. Accompanying the pieces the duo have released a video to commemorate the collection, taking the iconic artworks and presenting them in Jeff Koons’ signature playful manner.

With prices ranging from approximately £370 to £2800, the collection understandably doesn’t come cheap, and is available to purchase through Louis Vuitton’s official webstore now. So check out the collection in full and the accompanying video below and let us know your thoughts.
